As a Grant Manager within the Government and Foundation Advancement team, I play a key role in securing funding to support our organization’s three core impact areas: Mothers & Families, Seniors & Housing, and Immediate Needs. My responsibilities include preparing compelling grant proposals that align with each funder's priorities, submitting detailed reports that demonstrate how contributions have been effectively stewarded, and identifying new funding opportunities to sustain and expand our work. I also craft letters of intent to initiate meaningful partnerships with prospective funders, ensuring our mission is supported through strategic, well-aligned philanthropy.
